Weekends and extended stays, quoted for the dates you name
The longest arrangements on the account have no printed figure, only a method. You give the dates, the hotel and roughly how the days will run, and the house returns a single written quote. That is why weekends read POA on the rates page: a Friday dinner through to a Sunday lunch is a quite different booking from three evenings scattered across a week of meetings.
A weekend, or any stay that runs continuously, is secured by transferring 50 percent in advance, and the portion of that sum covering travel is not returnable. The rest is settled on arrival or by transfer before the stay begins. Once the quote is agreed, nothing is added to it.

Two shapes of extended booking
The first is continuous: a weekend, or two or three days during which the companion is with you for most of the time, with rest built in. The second is a series: three or four separate evenings with the same companion across a longer visit, each written on its own line of the ladder with its own deposit, and arranged together so that her diary is held for all of them. A series suits a guest in London for a week of work who would like the same face at dinner each night.
A Mayfair weekend, as it is usually written
Friday: arrival at the hotel in the early evening and dinner close by, perhaps at Hide facing Green Park. Saturday: a late breakfast, an afternoon on Bond Street or at the Royal Academy on Piccadilly, then dinner on Mount Street. Sunday: a walk across Hyde Park to the Serpentine and lunch before checkout. The quote reflects the hours she spends with you and the hours set aside for her own rest.
What the quote contains
A weekend quote fits into one message and reads like a short statement.
- The dates, with a start and end time for each day
- The hotel, or each hotel if the stay moves
- Any travel beyond Zones 1 and 2, stated as a figure
- The total, the 50 percent deposit and when the balance falls due
When the weekend leaves London
A weekend need not stay inside W1. A Saturday in the Cotswolds, two nights beside the sea in Brighton or a short hop to Paris all combine an extended stay with a travel booking. The quote then covers her tickets as well as her time, the deposit remains half, and the part covering travel cannot be refunded, and the plan is written out day by day, just as a London weekend would be. Most of these weekends still begin and end at a Mayfair hotel.
Pace over several days
Three days in company call for different habits from a single evening. Good extended bookings leave space in them: a morning apart, an afternoon you spend in a meeting, a dinner that starts fresh. Say what matters to you in the first message, early nights, late mornings, a free afternoon, and it is written into the plan from the start.
Companions for a longer arrangement
Milena is at her best on long bookings and likes plans made decisively. Patricia measures evenings in chapters and cannot be hurried through any of them. Nancy is easy company over days rather than hours, though her weekends fill first, so write by Wednesday. Thea walks, cycles and eats well, a good match for a stay that includes a day in the country. Changing a long booking
Plans on a long stay shift more often than on a single evening. Days can usually be moved if you write early, and the standard cancellation terms apply, with the travel component of the deposit non-refundable. Every change is confirmed in the same conversation, so the latest message is always the arrangement. A stay that opens with a travel leg is quoted in one piece, and the booking page sets out each step.
