Questions on the account, answered line by line

The homepage answers cover the essentials. These cover what guests tend to ask next: hotel desks, bank statements, the small hours, and how to tell a genuine message from a false one. Anything not settled here is one WhatsApp or Telegram message away.

The fine print

No. You can describe the evening instead, a client dinner in Mayfair or a late drink at the hotel, and leave the house to propose a name. If someone in the portfolio has already caught your eye, give her name first and the reply confirms whether she is free.

Yes. Once your stay is booked, send the dates and the hotel. The companion and the figure are confirmed straight away and the deposit holds the evening. The room number can follow after you have checked in, and if your flight is delayed, a message from the arrivals hall is enough to move the time.

In the weeks when the city fills, Wimbledon, Frieze, the run of Christmas parties, hotels are full and so are diaries. A day or two of notice for a dinner date, and longer for an overnight or a weekend, keeps the widest choice of companion open to you.

The house tells you directly and suggests one or two others whose manner suits what you described, each with a record you can read first. Nobody different is ever sent without your agreement.

You can make the request, but verification always rests with the person she is meeting: their full name, hotel and room number. The house must be sure the guest is an adult who is expecting her.

The grand hotels of W1 see visitors at every hour, and a well dressed guest crossing the lobby draws no attention. If a desk does ask, she gives your name, as any friend would. Some hotels ask late visitors to be met downstairs; if yours keeps that rule, say so and she will send word from the lobby.

Not at all. Send your own full name with the hotel and room number, and mention that the reservation sits under the company. The check concerns the person, not whoever pays the hotel.

Send the new number in the same conversation as soon as you have it. The figure, the time and the deposit all stay exactly as agreed. If the change takes you to a different hotel altogether, send its name too, and the house confirms the arrival time again.

Yes. A reception at a Park Lane hotel, a gala or a private dinner for a group is booked as an event, which carries a 50 percent deposit. Tell the house the dress code and the kind of room, and she dresses to match it.

Nothing that names the site or the service. Transfers carry a neutral descriptor with a plain reference, and a balance paid in cash adds nothing further to your statement.

That is your decision entirely. On its own side the house clears booking conversations in routine housekeeping once an evening is complete, and you are welcome to ask for that to happen sooner.

The house writes only from the WhatsApp and Telegram contacts linked on this site, and only in reply to you. It will never ask for card details, identity documents, gift cards, cryptocurrency or a charge that surfaces midway through a chat, and deposit details appear only inside your own booking thread. Anything else is not us.

Your first name, the address, the time and how long the booking runs, plus anything you asked the house to pass on, such as the restaurant or the dress code. Your full name and room number reach her only so she can find you. Nothing else is shared with her, and nothing about you is shared with anyone else.

Never. Fees are for time and companionship only, and the figure agreed in writing is complete. A companion will not ask for more, and there is no need to offer it.

Yes. Once the booking is confirmed, the full figure can go by bank transfer in place of the deposit, and nothing changes hands when she arrives. It suits an evening where you would rather no business took place at the door.

No. The ladder is identical at noon and at four in the morning, and travel inside Zones 1 and 2 stays included whatever the time on the clock.

Yes. The account is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Late at night fewer companions are free, so the reply may put forward a name you had not considered, with her record to read before you accept.

That she is not taking bookings for the moment, usually because she is travelling or resting. Where she has given a return date it appears on her page, and the status changes back only when she is genuinely free.

Yes, gladly. Mention her name and roughly when you met, and the house checks her diary first. Nothing from a previous booking is kept on file, so repeat anything that matters, a favourite table in St James's, a time, a dress code.

Every guest must be 18 or over, and a booking is turned down whenever age is uncertain. Companions are confirmed as adults, in person and against identification, before they join the account.
